He is survived by: his children, Carolyn Stokes (Kellon) of Mt. Juliet Tennessee, Janice Whitaker (Darrell) of Vernon and Gary McManus (Barbara) of Millport, Alabama.; his grandchildren, Kevin Stokes, Kim Stokes Hawley, Jen McManus Newman (Matt), Josh McManus (Ree), Kelly Whitaker Parks (Todd) and Caleb Whitaker (Leah); his great grandchildren, Zach Stokes (Abigail), Nick Stokes, Aly Hercules (Cam), Jorgen Hawley, Mattie Newman Jones (Brady), Emma Newman, Nealy McManus, Gra McManus, Tripp McManus, Grace Parks, Troy Parks, Layla Parks, Lilly Parks, Ruby Jean Whitaker, Tula Whitaker and Major Whitaker; and his great great grandchildren, Selah Gray Jones and Hercules.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Springhill Cemetery (503 Springhill Rd, Millport, AL 35576). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Springhill Baptist Church (503 Springhill Rd, Millport, AL 35576).
