It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Shackelford of Millport, Alabama, born in Columbus, Mississippi, who passed away on March 7, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his wife Ava; his parents, Roy Shackelford and Patricia Shackelford; his brother Ted Shackelford; and his niece Stephanie Kelly.

He is survived by : his children, Ryan Shackelford (Tonya) of Tampa, FL and Abigail Shackelford (Cam) of Hoover, AL; his grandchildren, Allysa, Page, Lillian, Eli and Deklan; and his sisters, Debby Lawrence (Jay) and Sonya Porter.
