He was predeceased by: his mother Louise Guy; and his sisters-in-law, Kitty Guy and Annie Jean Guy. He is survived by: his wife Annette Guy of Millry, AL; his son Brock Guy (Mariah) of Silas, AL; his brothers, Roy Guy (Melita) of Millry, AL, Herbert Guy of Millry, AL, Tommy Guy (Gail) of Millry, AL, Donald "Cotton" Guy (Clinette) of Semmes, AL and Lonnie Guy (Beverly) of Millry, AL; and his grandsons, Logan and Ledger Guy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Antioch Baptist Church (1501 Antioch Church Rd, Millry, AL 36558). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at the Shady Grove Cemetery.
