He is survived by: his wife Annette Guy of Millry, AL; his son Brock Guy (Mariah) of Silas, AL; his brothers, Roy Guy (Melita) of Millry, AL, Herbert Guy of Millry, AL, Tommy Guy (Gail) of Millry, AL, Donald "Cotton" Guy (Clinette) of Semmes, AL and Lonnie Guy (Beverly) of Millry, AL; and his grandsons, Logan and Ledger Guy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
