She was predeceased by: her father William H. Tate; her husband Ellis Dearmon; and her siblings, Robert Tate, Becky Craft, Mary Ella Carpenter, Ethel Mae Miller and Maggie Lee Carpenter.
She is survived by: her children, Ellis Wayne Dearmon (Leigh) of State Line, MS, Carl Ray Dearmon of Millry, AL, Walter Dearmon of Millry, AL and Janie Neese (Darryl) of Mobile, AL. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
