He is survived by: his sister Bernadine Duhon of Destrehan, LA; his sister-in-law Shirley Schexnaydre of Destrehan, LA; his daughters, Melanie S. Burgoon (Greg) and April M. Kennedy (Steve); and his granddaughter Jennifer S. Burgoon. He is also survived by his family and friends.
During Covid his neighbors would bring him lunches and dinners from time to time.
