She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Holley and Ethel Murray Holley. She is survived by: her sons, Thomas George Carwie (Davenna) and David Albert Carwie; her grandchildren, Katheryn Lee Carwie, Abigail Rose Carwie and David Albert Carwie, Jr.; and her friend Judy Sellers. She is also survived by her parents; and her beloved husband.

Memorials may be made in honor of Alice Holley Carwie to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
