She is survived by: her children, Harold Battiste, Clint Battiste, Kevin Battiste and Jacquelyn Hobbs (Allen); her grandchildren, Alexandrea Miller, Sydney Sasser, Chelsea Anderson (Shay), Taylor Barker (Justin), Avery Battiste, Corbin Battiste, Caleb Battiste (Morgan) and Deryk Smith (Brittany); and her sisters, Nell Williams, Lena Weaver and Delores Roesch. She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.
