It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Audrey Wilkerson (Mobile, Alabama), born in Citronelle, Alabama, who passed away on July 18, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam J. Lewis Sr. and Lillie Mae Boothe Lewis; her husband Willard Wilkerson Sr.; her sons, Samuel and Terry Wilkerson; her siblings, Nancy Sutcliffe, Maude Miller (Dea), Margie Henderson (Baby) and Sam J. Lewis Jr.; her grandson Tim Russell; and her great grandchild Cody Brooks.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Russell, Willard Wilkerson Jr., Rebecca Legg, Deborah, Larry and Daniel Wilkerson. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and 15 great-great grandchildren, a multitude of nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home (6040 Three Notch Rd, Mobile, AL 36619). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
