He is survived by: his wife Susie Barlow Singletary; his children, Kathleen Barahona and Damien; his grandchildren, Alyssa Flowers, Joshua and Sierra Barahona; his brother Louis; and his nieces and nephews, William Singletary, Phillip Singletary, Stephanie Singletary and Lauren Singletary.

Billy is a member of West Mobile Baptist Church and his family request in lieu of flowers that donations be given to the church or your favorite charity.
