She was predeceased by: her parents, Lowren Edward and Ella Walley Freeman; and her brother Douglas Edward Freeman. She is survived by: her husband Edward Peter Spremich (Ed); her grandsons, John Gowan Lenaghan, Jr. (Jack) and Willem O'Neill Lenaghan of Mobile; her daughter Kimberly Ann Lenaghan (Kim); her son-in-law John "Gowan" Lenaghan; her grandson Jack; her siblings, Phillip Edward Freeman (Sue) and Suzanne Freeman Ferrer (Steve); and her caregivers, Alethia Pedreza, Arleen Ott, Kim Vacik, Renee Cooper, Tia Bettis, Tasha Knight, Pat Harrison and Johnnie Jackson.
