She was predeceased by: her parents, William Monroe Johnson, Sr. and Martha Bonner Johnson; her siblings, William Monroe "Billy" Johnson, Jr. and Barbara Ann Johnson; and her granddaughter Sarah Ann McCullough.
She is survived by: her husband Don A. McCullough, Sr.; her children, Dee Anna Little (Michael) of Mobile, Nikki Alexandra McCullough of Mobile, Don A. McCullough, Jr. (Oriana) of Jacksonville, FL and Adam David McCullough (Kimberly) of Belforest, AL; and her sister Brenda Frost Raines. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, 3 brothers-in-law, 4 sisters-in-law, multiple nieces and nephews, and her very best friend of 68 years.
