He is survived by: his children, Clemer Foster, Jr. (Virginia) and Tammy Tolbert (Glenn); his grandchildren, Amanda Etheridge (Hunter), Calvin Foster, Jr. (Lindsey), Melanie Howard (Greg), Troy Foster (Chambler), Kayla Blasingame (Lee), Brandi Stevens, Terry Tolbert, II (Holly), Candace Wright (Ricky) and Taylor Wright; his siblings, James Foster (Alene), Cliffton Foster and Etta Foster; and his nephews, Jim Foster (Lesli) and Tom Foster (Nora). He is also survived by 18 great grandchildren, other relatives, family and friends.
