He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur John Rich and Effie Osborne Rich; and his nephew Patrick Lee Rich. He is survived by: his wife Vivian "Cookie" Mooney Rich; his daughter Janet Rich Pittman (Craig); his grandchildren, Ryan Cole Hurt and Madelyn Dorothy Hurt; his brother William Herbert Rich; and his nephews, Serge Rich and Dennis Rich. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
