She is survived by : her husband Wayne Stapleton; her stepson Brian (Sabrina); her grandchildren, Keely, Rylan, Ember and Beckett; her brother George A. Brown (Linda); her brothers-in-law, Marty, Dan (Brenda) and David; her nieces, Kristin Brown, Alyson Kruse (Brian) and Aimee Brown; and her great-nephews, Henry and Parker Kruse. She is also survived by cousins and friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home (6040 Three Notch Rd, Mobile, AL 36619). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Saint Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.
