He is survived by: his children, Dominique Matranga Hicks and Christopher Matranga; his wife Mary Jo; his grandchildren, Evelyn, Andrew Hicks, Charles Matranga (Molly Magrath) and David Matranga (Abagail); and his sister Marie Matranga Ashdown. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and many friends.
