She is survived by: her children, John Marvin Tant (Merle), Virginia Gayle Odom (Bobby) and Deborah Jean Tant Melech (Howard); and her grandchildren, Linda Tant Burgess, John Tant Jr., Sean Odom, Jordan Odom DuBose and Kimberly Melech Campbell. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
