She is survived by: her children, Deborah Vacik of Huntsville, James Vacik II (Kim) of Mobile, Stephen Vacik (Candace) of Brandon, MS, Jonathan Vacik (Bonnie) of Andover, MA and Joshua Vacik (Heidi) of Florence, AL; her son-in-law Michael Hennigan; her grandchildren, Allison Martin (Dylan), Matthew Puckett (Ruthie), David Hennigan, Walter Vacik (Sarah), Michael Vacik, Sophie Vacik, Isabelle Vacik, Samantha Vacik, Luci Vacik, James Vacik and Matthew Vacik; and her great grandchildren, Theo Puckett, Annalie Vacik, Miles Puckett and Andrew Vacik.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Airport Boulevard Baptist Church (6301 Airport Blvd, Mobile, AL 36608). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Radney Funeral Home (3155 Dauphin St, Mobile, AL 36606).
