She was predeceased by: her parents, Andin Capps McLeod, Sr. and Theta Faye McLeod; her brother Dr. Benjamin Stewart McLeod; her aunts, Janeil Stewart Dukes and L'Eva Stewart; and her sisters, Becky McLeod, Betty McLeod and Dr. Lee Mullis (Barrow Mullis).
She is survived by: her husband Ralph Huntley "Buzz" Mullis; her brother Dr. Andin Capps McLeod, Jr.; her children, Suzanne Mullis Crawley (Josh), Kathryn "Kate" Mullis Medine (Travis) and Dr. Andin Huntley Mullis (Susan); her grandchildren, Travis Michael Medine, Jr., Stewart Charles Medine, Thomas Allen Medine, Louise Claire Medine, Andin Huntley Mullis, Jr., John Benjamin Mullis and Margaret Anne Mullis; her close friend Suzy Smith; and her pets, Nola, Sadie and Barney. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews.
