She was predeceased by: her husband George Edward Robison, Jr.; her parents, Thomas D. Willis, Jr. and Meida Purvis Willis; her sister Mary Louise Willis Moulyet; and her niece Karen Moulyet Farr.
She is survived by: her nephew Thomas Elliott Moulyet; her brother Thomas Daniel Willis III (Sheryl); her sibling's children, Houston Farr, Carla Moulyet and Brian Moulyet (Lisa); her caregiver Donnie Garner (Melodie); and her grandchildren, Frankie Garner and Brian Kane, Jr. (Lyndy). She is also survived by numerous nephews, great-nephews and great-nieces.
Frances was a very active volunteer with RSVP for many years after retirement.
