He is survived by: his wife Ginger Ponder Ellis; his sister Dollie Hill (Greg); his daughters, Ashley Hagan (David), Pamela Marks (Elliott) of Daphne and Jamie Sturm (Matt) of Houston, Texas.; and his grandchildren, Molly, Allison Hagan, Ellis, Pierce Marks and Ponder Sturm.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Pine Crest Funeral Home (1939 Dauphin Island Pkwy, Mobile, AL 36605, USA). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
