He is survived by: his wife Peggy Joan Garrett; his daughters, Kathy Ann Garrett, Cynthia Darlene Havard and Shirley Marie Webb; his stepchildren, Norma Ann Fawcette, Sandra S. Waddill (Teddie G.) and Gregory L. Sistrunk; and his sisters, Rowena Macias and Barbara Holsopple. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren.
