He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Otto Neese, Sr. and Maudine Waltman Neese; his son Frank Miguel Neese (Mickey); his daughter-in-law Virginia McFarlane Neese; and his siblings, Walter F. Neese, James E. Neese, Charles Otto Neese, Jr., Mildred Neese Reneke, Delores Neese Conway and Ernestine Neese Vann.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Narvaez Neese; his sons, Herman Lebaron Neese, Jr. (Michelle) and Manuel Alexander Neese (Lynn); his grandchildren, Joseph Neese, Michael Neese (Katie), Nicholas Neese, Ashleigh Neese and Ava Neese; his great grandchild Virginia Anne Neese; and his brother Thomas (Tommy). He is also survived by cousins, nephews, nieces, family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the following charities: American Cancer Society, Mayo Clinic, St Jude.
