She was predeceased by: her husband Gene Thomas Barrow; her grandson Wesley Carter; and her parents, Frank Jackson and Mildred Carley Jackson. She is survived by: her children, Kim Carter (Dennis) and G. Thomas Barrow (Cindy); her sister Beverly Ferrell (Gordon); her grandsons, Josh Carter, Taylor Carter (Taylor), Jack Carter (Hayden) and Nicholas Barrow; her great grandchild Cash Carter; and her caregivers, Mattie Marabel, Latrice Blackmon and Annette Johnson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
