It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Iva McDonald (Mobile, Alabama), born in Empire, Alabama, who passed away on March 8, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : the father of her children Charles "Charlie" Samuel Lewis; her parents, Edward Lolley and Rilla Wingo Lolley; and her siblings, Nelda Jo Riels and Edward "Sonny" Lolley.

She is survived by : her husband Richard Larry McDonald; her children, Connie McCaskill (Ron) and Mark Lewis (Susan); her sisters, Charlotte Mullinix and Phyllis Lewis; and her grandchildren, Matthew McLean (Rachel), Holly Pratt (Chad), Brad Lewis (Christine) and Melissa Sievering (Matt). She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
