He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Mitchell and Louise Mitchell; and his wife Catherine "Cathy" Brennan Mitchell. He is survived by: his son Travis Mitchell (Taunya) of Madisonville, LA; his grandchildren, Trevor Mitchell, Jacklyn Mitchell and Caleb Smith; and his sister Sara Anderson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
