She was predeceased by: her parents, John Horace Hamilton Jr. and Carmen Lavelle Tanner Hamilton; her brother John Hamilton III; and her sister-in-law Dean Hamilton (William). She is survived by: her husband David Allen Turner; and her siblings, William Hamilton, Donald Hamilton (Reina), Patricia Hamilton, Virginia Mims (Scott) and Merry Cox (Terry). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
