He is survived by: his wife Paula Anne Anders; his brother Richard Dean Anders (Vince); his children, Robin Anders Orum (Jeff), Kevin Michael Anders (Cyndy), Zachary Tyler Anders and Eva Lewis Doby (Craig); his grandchildren, David Avery Orum, William James Anders, Sarah Christine Anders, Jordan Robinson Vick (Jake) and Connor O'Neil Robinson (Leah); and his great grandchildren, James Evan Vick and Laynie Jack Robinson.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Stroke Association or the American Red Cross.
