He was predeceased by: his wife Kathy Teresa Vance; his son Scott James Vance; and his parents, Evelyn Vance and George Vance. He is survived by: his daughter Angela Nicole Vance; and his grandchildren, Mason Terry McPherson and Miranda Ondie Vance. He is also survived by his family, friends.
