She was predeceased by: her husband Shelton McLauin; her daughters, Wanda Mills and April Rickett; her parents, Joe Mills and Rosa Lee Mistledine Mills; and her brother Denny Mills.
She is survived by: her son Michael Howell (Vicki); her siblings, Jerry Mills (Patsy), Bobby Mills (Helen), Mary Jordan and Joann Dumning; and her grandchildren, Michael Howell (Katie), Cassidy Cain (Cowen), Christopher Howell (Katelyn) and Brittany Hogancamp. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Laurel Friday (4593 Indian Springs Rd, Laurel, MS 39443). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
