He was predeceased by: his wife Evelyn Jimenez; his parents, Juan Bautista Valladares Rodriguez and Mercedes Lanza Hernadez; his brothers, Alejandro Lanza Valladares and Manuel Valladares; and his daughter Veronica Peña (Alfredo).
He is survived by: his children, Evelyn Mexas Smith (Ben) of Baytown, TX, Jerry Randy Valladares (Maryann) of Mandeville, LA, Reverend Alejandro E. Valladares of Montgomery, AL and Jacqueline Campbell (Cory) of Hattiesburg, MS; his siblings, Dulcibela Valladares Lanza of Covington, LA, Leo Jose Valladares Lanza of Honduras, Antonio Jose Valladares Piñeda of Honduras, Lucrecia Valladares Piñeda of Honduras, Bianca Magnolia Valladares Piñeda, Valencia Valladares Piñeda and Juan Valladares Piñeda; his grandchildren, Allan Nicholas, Marilyn Maria, Amber Nicolette, Michael James, Eli Preston, Ethan Michael, Kyle Andrew, Hannah Noelle, John David and Kathryn; his great grandchildren, Danica, Ashton, Connor, Noah and Ezra; and his son-in-law Allan Mexas. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.
