He was predeceased by: his parents, James Thomas Waller and Ora Ann Waller; and his siblings, Eva Hurst, Herschel, J. B. and Ernest.
He is survived by: his wife Wilda Odom Waller; his children, Jane Moran (Devin), Jerry Waller and Jonathan Waller (Sara); his grandchildren, Kyle Moran (Montana), Kaleb Moran (Morgan), Isaac Waller and Luke Waller; and his great grandchildren, Hollis Moran and Thomas Moran.
