Joan leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Joan’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. She was predeceased by: her husband Mike Newman. She is survived by: her siblings, Janet Vignes Hughey (Sonny), Robert Vignes and Leon Vignes (Jonathan); and her nieces and nephews, Laura Vignes Howard, Sarah Hughey Maples (Whit), Beau Vignes and John Hughey.
