He was predeceased by: his sister Linda M. Taul; and his parents, Nell S. Mulholland and John Edward Mulholland. He is survived by: his son John Edward Mulholland II; his grandchildren, John Daniel Mulholland and McKenna Jo Mulholland; his niece Ellen Boyd Cuneo; and his friend William "Bill" Gump.
