She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father George Erwin Phifer; her husband Leonard Ely Murray, Jr.; her children, Lonnie Murray (Rebekah), Elizabeth Murray Dickerson (Barry) and Carson Murray (Jenny); her grandson Philip Murray (Holley); her children, Paul Murray, Dr. Mary Evans Dickerson, Claire Dickerson, Caroline Dickerson and Maya Murray; and her sister Mary "Candy" Wood (Tom).
