She was predeceased by: her husbands, Gene Kimbrell and William Alonza Fore (Lonnie); her parents, Norman Gilbert and Betty Gilbert; and her brothers, John Gilbert (Patricia), Douglas Gilbert (Dorothy), Luther Gilbert, George Gilbert (Wanda) and Billie Jean Davison (Lonnie).
She is survived by: her sister Carolyn Weiskopf; her children, Billy Kimbrell (Barb), Johnny Kimbrell (Jenni) and Kay Logan (Patrick); and her stepchildren, Cassandra Kim (Tommy), Suzzane DiMarco (Joe), Derrick Fore and Dara Harris (Snapper). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 10:30 AM and from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home (6040 Three Notch Rd, Mobile, AL 36619). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Mobile Memorial Gardens (6040 Three Notch Rd, Mobile, AL 36619). A reception will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Dayspring Baptist Church (2200 Cody Rd, Mobile, AL 36695).
