He is survived by: his wife Sherry; his daughter Mindy Helms Revell (Douglas); his sister Jeannette; his brother-in-law Preston Tootle; his grandchildren, Kourtney, Alex and Travis Revell; his stepsons, Rick Cooley and Chris Cooley (Heather); and his great grandchildren, Khloe Ventura and Isabelle Revell.
