He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward Patrick and Betty Wells Patrick. He is survived by: his wife Lenore Eilers Patrick; his sons, Mark Patrick (Belinda), Scott Patrick (Debbie) and Paul Patrick; his grandchildren, Nicole Young (Darryl), Cory Patrick, Kayla Keene (Larry), Lance Patrick and Laney Patrick; and his sister Carol Smith (Derryle). He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Woodridge Baptist Church.
