He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Wiggins and Helen Brown Wiggins; and his in-laws, Charles R. Smith Sr. and Inez Smith. He is survived by: his wife Theresa; his daughter Amy (Kristian); his grandson Landan Ray "LaDa" Wiggins; his sister Leigh "Nanny" Solomon (James) of Atlanta; and his nephew Clay Smith (Anna). He is also survived by great-nieces, great-nephews, relatives, friends.
