She is survived by: her husband Kevin of Gulf Shores, AL.; her children, Keith S Perks of Barre, VT. and Tara Lynn Perks of Burlington, VT.; her stepdaughter Erin MacDonald (Byrne) of Plymouth, MA.; and her grandchildren, Caleb, Aubree, Lillian, Sydney and Jaxon.
