She was predeceased by: her husband Calvin E. Stringer (Bud); her son Christopher E. Stringer (Chris); her parents, John McGugan and R. Dillie McGugan (Blair); and her sisters, Daisy and Stella Kate Janes.
She is survived by: her brothers, Leon, Mason, Norman, Bruce and John McGugan; her daughter Joyce Havard (Steve); and her grandsons, C. Michael Stringer, David A. Stringer and Christopher E. Stringer Jr.. She is also survived by Nine great grand children, two great great grand children, and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
