He was predeceased by: his father Louis C. Agee, Sr.; and his grandparents, Frank, Emma Lee Clemons, Isaac and Eliza Jones Austin.
He is survived by: his mother Gartrell Austin Agee of Fairhope, AL; his wife Angelique Billouin Agee (Angelique) of Mobile, AL; his brother Jason Agee of Fairhope, AL; his mother-in-law Joyce Billouin-Suba (Carl) of Navarre, FL; and his aunts and uncles, Frank Clemons, Jr. (Fennie) of Mobile, AL, Clifford Clemons (Charlene) of Mobile, AL, Marilyn Billouin of San Antonio, TX and Crystal Joy Albert of Pensacola, FL.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 23rd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, January 24th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church - Daphne (902 Daphne Ave, Daphne, AL 36526).
