She was predeceased by : her parents, James Luther Phillips and Lillie Mae McVay Phillips. She is survived by : her husband Joe Gray; her son Charles Wayne Gray; and her grandchildren, Chris Gray, Kim Barton, Cathy Hilpert of Mobile, Kevin Gray of Evansville, IN and Stephen Gray of Orlando, FL.. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM.
