He is survived by: his wife Karen Nicholson Pendergrass of Mobile, Alabama; his children, Stephanie Windham of Hattiesburg, June Pendergrass of Portland and Matthew; his grandson Alex Windham of Hattiesburg, Mississippi; and his brother Clay Pendergrass (Jimmy Pendergrass) of Gatlinburg, TN.
