We are sad to announce that on April 24, 2022, at the age of 95, Mary Evelyn Tolbert of Mobile, Alabama, born in Hickory, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Lee Peavy and Annie Lorene Jones; her husband A. V. "Jack" Tolbert; and her son Alan V. Tolbert. She is survived by: her daughters, Evelyn Renee Buck and Carole Elise Lang. She is also survived by her two sisters, one brother, her seven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and one great great grandson.
