She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Wheeler and Ollie Mae Wheeler; her husband Howard L. Chase; and her children, Howard Wayne Chase, Leslie Stephens Chase and James "Jimbo" Chase.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Servantes, Rick Chase and Tammy Tahbo. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.
