He is survived by: his mother Charlotte Hale Matthews; his stepfather Joe Hale, Sr. (Michael); his siblings, Joe Edward Hale, Jr., Craig Leon Hale, Mammie Jackson, Lynette Hindrich and Kimberly Hunter; his godson Antonio; and his cousin Flora Kenard. He is also survived by seven nephews, three nieces; and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
