He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Earl Pollman, Sr. and Helen Claire Terrell Pollman; his brothers, Ben Pollman and Tom Pollman (Janet); and his nephew Stephen Earl "Buddy" Pollman.
He is survived by: his brothers, Steve Pollman (Linda), Terry Pollman (Emily) and Pat Pollman (Rosanne); his children, Michael Gordon Pollman, Jr., Layla Pollman Koffinas (Rusty), Helen Claire DeLucia (Corey), Vance McCoy and Travis McCoy (Frances); his grandchildren, Lynlee (Zoilo), Alana, Brianna, Hannah, Molly, Adriena, Gabriel, Carmela, Julian, Jaelon, Emma and Annie; and his great grandchildren, Mateo, Recker, Baylor, Justin, Zayn and Brody. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, close family members, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Ascension Funeral Home & Crematory (1016 Hillcrest Rd, Mobile, AL 36695). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Friday, May 22nd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Alabama State Veterans Memorial Cemetery (34904 AL-225, Spanish Fort, AL 36527).
