He is survived by: his father Larry E. Sloan (Kim) of Orange Beach, AL; his daughter Lacey Marie Hicks (Blake) of Tallapoosa, GA; his grandchildren, Blakely and Bailey Hicks of Tallapoosa, GA; and his siblings, Kevin Sloan (Jane) of Josephine, AL, Dean Sloan of Summerdale, AL and Jamie Norris (Walter) of Orange Beach, AL..
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to First United Methodist Church of Assumption or The American Kidney Foundation.
