It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Miriam Birmingham McCoy of Mobile, Alabama, who passed away on May 30, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fount Deroy Birmingham and Mary Alice Birmingham Steber; and her husband James Milton McCoy (Jim). She is survived by: her daughters, Miriam Elizabeth "Beth" Perkins (Woodie), Kathy Fitzpatrick and Theresa "Terry" Aline McCoy (Gregg van Kipnis); and her grandchildren, Mary, Alisha, Woodie and Aimee. She is also survived by two great grand children, six step-great grand children and many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
