She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Hendrix and Esther Hendrix; and her siblings, Nola Nowell (Bob), Charles Hendrix and Russell Hendrix (Anne).
She is survived by: her husband Doug; her children, Greg Pierre (Linda) and Lynn Johnson (Richard); her grandchildren, Lee Pierre, Jasmine Pierre and Spencer Johnson (Sarah); and her great grandchild Melina Pierre. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Savior Catholic Church (1801 Cody Rd, Mobile, AL 36695). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
